In fall 2012, Chef/Owner Tatsu Aikawa started Ramen Tatsu-Ya with friends and family. After spending time at the Michelin-starred kaiseki/sushi bar Urasawa in Los Angeles, Tatsu returned to Austin to introduce authentic Japanese ramen to Texas.
