Chefs Jose Garces and Steven Seibel are opening Hook & Master in Philadelphia, PA. Hook & Master aims to be a tiki inspired restaurant that combines Chicago-style pizza, tiki drinks, and craft beer. Plans call for 80 outdoor seats in the "octopus garden", 45 indoor seats at the tiki lounge, and 25 indoor seats at the pizzeria. Takeout will be available.
